Road Closures:

• EXTENDED: The intersection of N. Idaho St and E. 4th Ave will be closed 4/01 to 7/03 for roundabout construction. Access to businesses in closure area will be maintained. Please see attached map for access routes to surrounding area and detour route.
• E. 12th Ave from N. Cecil Rd to Hwy 41 will be closed 5/28 to 7/08 to thru traffic (local traffic only, accessible from Cecil Rd headed east) for force main construction. Trench will be made drivable by the end of each day. See attached detour maps for routes during construction.
• E. 16th Ave near N. Frederick St will be closed 6/24-7/03  for water and sewer tie-in.
• RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER: E. Mullan Avenue from Spokane Street to Idaho Road will be closed 7/01-7/02 (original dates 6/26-6/27) for patching and crack sealing. Residents will have access with minor delays. Alternate route will be Seltice Way.
• The eastbound lane near 205 W. Mullan Ave will be closed 7/8 for Avista to replace a power pole on the south side of the road. Traffic control will be onsite routing traffic.
• The roundabout at N. Idaho St and E. 4th Ave will be closed 7/8-7/9 from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am for striping. See attached map for access routes to surrounding area and detour route.
