Message from the Mayor
The City Council and I are pleased to present the 2023 Popular Annual Financial Report
(PAFR) for the City of Post Falls.
The PAFR, or as it is often called, the Citizen’s Report gives an overview of the City’s
progress and financial performance in a way that is transparent and easy to understand.
The PAFR is designed to take information from the Annual Comprehensive Financial
Report (ACFR) and displays the highlights in a simplified format. Doing so increases the
transparency of the City’s finances and operations. The PAFR gives a snapshot of our City’s
financial health, not only to residents, but also to others outside our community who may
be considering relocating their home or business.
Continuing to provide open communication, accountability and transparency in presenting
the City’s financial reports is a priority for the City Council.
