DESIGN PRINCIPLES
After studying the site and engaging the community, a series
of design principles were developed to create a common
language from which all design ideas could be tested
against. These principles focus to establish the intentionality
of the vision, while providing a framework to develop and
build ideas from. The principles, once presented, debated,
and collectively accepted by the stakeholder committee 1 2
are tools that can be used during the design process to
remain focused on delivering a vision that remains true to
the intentions and desires of the community.
